Summer Program Overview

Two phases: June (Intro & Foundation) and July (Full Development). Dates and exact times are provided during registration/confirmation.

June

Intro & Foundation

U10–U12
4 sessions • 1.5 hours each
Total: 6 hours
U13–U15
4 sessions • 2 hours each
Total: 8 hours
U16–U18
4 sessions • 2 hours each
Total: 8 hours

Built to be age-appropriate: younger athletes learn best in shorter, focused blocks.

July

Full Summer Development

U10–U12
15 sessions • 1.5 hours each
Total: 22.5 hours
U13–U18
15 sessions • 2 hours each
Total: 30 hours

Progressive structure: technical training + tactical reads + competitive game reps.

Clean options without overwhelm — expand for more.

Development Groups

Fundamentals + confidence + lots of touches. Great for newer or developing athletes.

Performance Groups

Faster pace, more complex reads, higher intensity and accountability.

Small Group / 1-on-1

Targeted skill work with faster improvement and personalized feedback.

Tournaments (Play + Compete)

We prepare athletes to compete in beach tournaments (match routines, communication, side-switch management, timeouts, and simple tactics). We also host tournaments to create more opportunities to play locally.

For indoor athletes (off-season)

Beach training is one of the best off-season tools for indoor players. It improves first contact, movement, decision-making, and mental toughness. Every session supports your next indoor season.
