All program registrations are completed through our registration partner. Review the schedule below, choose the appropriate group, and then continue to YKAnow to register.

Indoor Volleyball

High Performance Sessions

Small-group indoor sessions designed for athletes preparing for the upcoming school season. Each session focuses on a specific phase of the game, with an emphasis on technical reps, decision-making, and game-speed execution.

U13–U14
Session 1 – Serve Receive & First Ball Attack
June 21 — 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Session 2 – Defense & Transition Play
June 22 — 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Session 3 – High Performance Clinic (3 hours)
July 6 — 4:45 PM – 8:00 PM
U15–U16

Summer Training Options

Beach volleyball programming is offered in both June and July, with age-specific groups focused on skill development, movement, ball control, and game play.

Intro & Foundation

U10–U12
Dates: Fridays – June 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
4 sessions • 2 hours each
U13–U15
Dates: Thursdays – June 4, 11, 18, 25
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
4 sessions • 2 hours each
U16–U18
Dates: Thursdays – June 4, 11, 18, 25
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Full Summer Development
